The topic of Reconciliation of work and family life provides information on the labour market participation and part-time work of women and men with/without children under the age of 15. The results refer to active employment rates and part-time rates according to the ILO concept for 25-49 year-olds (excluding parental leave). 

The section also contains information on the labour force participation of mothers and fathers with children under the age of 15. This data shows the models chosen by couples with children for sharing their paid work. Additional details illustrate the extent to which the professional engagement of women and men varies after the birth of a child and how women's employment is affected by the age of the child.
