Until April 2024, monthly and quarterly data from all subsectors of general government that was available at short notice (cash-based) was published, along with annual information on the assessment of potential impacts on the government deficit and debt in accordance with Directive 2011/85/EU (also known as the ‘Six-Pack’).
The update to the legal basis 2011/85/EU in April 2024 through Regulation (EU) 2024/1265 subsequently provides only for the provision of annual indicators. The following indicators are published on an annual basis: guarantees, non-performing loans, off-balance sheet public private partnerships (PPPs), liabilities of public corporations, and the participation of general government in the capital of private and public corporations.
