Starting with the reporting year 2010, Statistics Austria compiles regionalised ITGS data by federal provinces on behalf of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce (WKO) and the nine Austrian provincial governments. The regionalisation of ITGS data by federal provinces is achieved by linking national ITGS data with other statistical data sources (including structural business statistics and short-term statistics) and by including register information (including statistical business registers) at detailed record level. This linking and reassignment results in regional ITGS data which is compiled in compliance with the principles of official statistics.
Availability: Reporting years 2010-2023 (final data) as well as reporting year 2024 (half-year).
