Average annual renting prices in euros for one hectare of arable land and permanent grassland are shown by federal provinces and years. The data is based on the Integrated Farm Statistics (IFS) and the Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN). The regional price level for renting of land for agricultural activities is surveyed.
In the years of the IFS (years ending in 0, 3 and 6) the calculation is carried out on the basis of the collected data. For the years between IFS, interpolation is carried out using a statistical model that is based on the yearly data of the FADN. The results for year n are published in December n+1.
