“Impact of a cancer diagnosis on the labour force participation in Austria depending on the type of tumour disease” provides data on people of working age who have been diagnosed with cancer – with a particular focus on those who were employed at the time of diagnosis – and analyses how cancer affects future employment. The results are also presented in comparison to the general population for better interpretation.
