Publications

Cultural statistics provide an overview of cultural activities in Austria. They include information about Austria's cultural institutions, their diverse offerings, and their use. The scope of the statistics ranges from cultural heritage to the arts and the media. Cross-cutting topics, such as education in the cultural sector, are also part of the cultural statistics. In addition, the statistics contain data on public spending on culture and various aspects of the cultural economy.

All publication tables are accessible in its latest version on the website, where the results have been published from December 2025 onward. Additionally, published tables of former years are available for download, too.
