This publication presents results on the use of artificial intelligence in enterprises, collected as part of the 2025 survey on the use of information and communication technologies (ICT) in enterprises.Enterprises with ten or more employees in selected economic sectors were surveyed using a Europe-wide standardized questionnaire, standardized definitions, and a uniform methodology in the form of a sample survey.

The results can therefore be compared across the EU. In addition, national supplementary questions on AI were included in 2025 to gain deeper insights into AI usage in Austria.
