This STATreport contains the main results on employment and unemployment from the part of the Austrian Microcensus that covers the European Labour Force Survey. In this Microcensus Labour Force Survey (LFS), the population is surveyed according to demographic, educational and labour force statistical criteria based on an international concept. The demand for labour is represented by the results of the Job Vacancy Survey. This is supplemented by employment statistics from administrative sources and methodological information.

Many other results are available free of charge on the website in the form of detailed tables and in Statistics Austria's STATcube statistical database.
