The „Wirtschaftsatlas“ (Austrian Economic Atlas) provides an overview of the structure and performance of the Austrian economy as a whole. Economic data is grouped into 13 areas, with more than 270 variables to choose from. In addition to regionally structured data at national and European level, NACE-classified data is offered. Furthermore, there is a overview of individual economic sectors such as industry, construction, trade, etc. Behind each of the 13 areas is a comprehensive database that provides insight into the extensive data offered by Statistics Austria. Some of the available time series provide date back to 1995. Current results are presented in the form of texts, tables and graphs. Twice a year (at the end of each half-year), the entire database and all texts, tables and graphs in the Austrian Economic Atlas are updated.
The data is only available in German – for more information please refer to the German version.
