2009-03-13 - In Austria the Labour Cost Index of the ÖNACE 2003 sections
C-K (working day adjusted) for the second respectively third quarter
of 2008 rose by 3.2 respectively 4.4% compared to the previous year’s
figure. The Labour Cost Index of the ÖNACE sections C-E and F for the
fourth quarter of 2008 rose sharply at 6.2 respectively 7.4% (preliminary
value); the index for the fourth quarter of the service sector (ÖNACE
sections G-K) is not yet available because of incomplete delivery of
data.
