Accress is disconnected by the server of Statistics Austria after a full hour no data transfer between client an server. Other cases of no data transfer are to build a new query or to edit a query using ISIS data only which have already been (temporarily) stored within the cache memory of your workstation. To prevent disconnection, please store your query after each change; this procedure automatically produces data transfer. |

In our experience, an unintentional dischonnection after less than an hour or during work in the graphical user inteface is mainly due to a network component facility between your workplace and the server of Statistics Austria. |
